The namespace-scoped must-gather command uses an en-dash (U+2013) instead of two ASCII hyphens for the -- separator before /usr/bin/ns-gather. Copy-pasting the command from the rendered docs produces empty output directories because oc doesn't recognize the en-dash as an argument separator.
