Getting Started

Prerequisites

Before you can start using the Power BI Interactive Dashboard, ensure you have the following:

  • Power BI Desktop installed on your computer.
  • Access to the customer database or a representative dataset to populate the dashboard(one is provided).

Installation

  1. Clone this repository

  2. Open Power BI Desktop and navigate to File > Open. Browse to the cloned repository and select the .pbix file to open the dashboard project.

  3. With the dashboard opened, you can start customizing the data sources and visuals to match your specific customer database.

Dashboard Features

The Power BI Interactive Dashboard offers the following features:

  • Overview: Get a quick summary of customer metrics, such as total revenue, average purchase value, and customer count.

  • Customer Segmentation: Visualize customers categorized by segments, such as new customers, repeat customers, high spenders, and more.

Usage
