This PR adds two known players within the Rust AI/ML space: - TensorZero, which is building the project of the same name; - Tracel, which develops Burn. Note that I am not directly affiliated with either of these organizations, though I have made some contributions to TensorZero (and work directly w/ their team in my day job).
