- Download the latest release from the Releases page
- Extract the archive to a folder on your computer
- Open
index.htmlin your web browser - Your data is automatically saved in your browser's local storage
- Select your session and create islands using the island management dialog
- Enter your population by specifying the number of residences for each population level
- Activate needs in the population configuration dialog to determine which goods your residents consume
- View required buildings - The calculator automatically shows how many production buildings you need
- Configure factories - Click the settings icon on any factory to adjust productivity, equip items, add modules, or create trade routes
- Manage islands - Switch between islands, create trade routes, and balance production across your empire
Save and share your calculator configurations:
- Click the Download button in the navigation bar
- Export Configuration: Download your current setup (islands, buildings, settings) as a JSON file
- Import Configuration: Load a previously saved configuration
Choose from three preset configurations to get started:
- Start Mode: Begin from scratch and progress through resident tiers naturally
- Plan Mode: Essential settings and DLCs enabled for planning islands and cities
- Master Mode: All settings and DLCs enabled for experienced players
