Reorder struct fields in TestResetEligibility to satisfy fieldalignment linter check from govet. This reduces struct memory footprint from 280 to 272 pointer bytes by placing larger fields before smaller ones. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
