Welcome to the University of St Andrews Biodiversity Monitoring Program Data Dashboard repository! This Shiny App showcases biodiversity survey data collected by University of St Andrews students over the summer of 2023. This was the first year of the program and so the dashboard is a foundation for the next data manager to build upon and improve.

How to Run the App Locally

1. Clone the Repository:

   git clone https://github.com/your-username/BMP_Dashboard.git
   

2. Open RStudio:

   • Double-click on the BMP_Dashboard.Rproj file.

3. Run the App:

   • Open either the global, server, or UI file.
   • Click "Run App" in the toolbar.

4. Or View Online:

   • Access the dashboard online: BMP_Dashboard Shiny App.
