Sync activeWorkspaces state to dashboard during workspace preview and activation events. Previously, the sync only happened during PTY output and spinner tick events, causing the spinner to get stuck when rapidly switching between workspaces. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
