Traverse subfolders recursively, allowing links across all subfolders. Also put Backlinks below tags, above only the Bear ID Comment. (allows for tags that are higher on the page)

i went through all forks and PRs and implemented all fixes at the time into my fork.
Forgot to setup a PR so you can easily find this working fork until now.
All original code by andymatuschak, and all fixes by strangers on the web. I stand on shoulders of giants, and only combined it into a working version which has been stable for me for over 2 years now.
