Function getCommentInfoMapResponse is equivalent to getCommentInfoMapSliceResponse. Keep the latter.

FixSuggestionsandReplacementstypes. NowReviewInputfails with400 Bad Request.getCommentInfoMapSliceResponseandgetCommentInfoMapResponseare the same, so deleted one.I usually do not use golang so I will appreciate any comments
