Add BRANCHES.md branch analysis

This PR adds a BRANCHES.md file that lists all remote branches in the repository.
The table includes:

• Branch Name (linked to GitHub)
• Intention/Summary of changes (derived from commit messages)
• Last Updated Date
• Author (linked to GitHub profile where username is available)
• Merged status (relative to origin/main)

The list is sorted by modification date in ascending order.
