This addition provides south polar stereographic implementation of analyze_events.py by specifying an optional 'polar' parameter, relevant functions, and background images.
I also included a fix in utils/losses.py to add the .long() attribute to make sure the true_1_hot value is calculated correctly in the jaccard loss.
