  • Move contributing info to CONTRIBUTING.md. Include links to the (currently unlisted, only reachable by knowing the URL) contributing pages on the site.
  • Get make serve to work on the first try, including missing dependencies in requirements.txt and setting up the venv.
  • Simplify setup by using Python's built-in HTTP server, remove serve installation.
