We use the code available at USS for the implementation of BERT-based user satisfaction estimator.

ASAP

We use the code available at ASAP for the implementation of ASAP (sAtisfaction eStimation via HAwkes Process) user satisfaction estimator.

Data

The Main and CF test data for MultiWOZ and SGD benchmarks are located in data/test folder.

The training and validation data for these benchmarks are located in data/train-val folder.
