Allow to compile the main app without the GUI part. Add CMake variables to control including or not the GUI, and logging in the app. Create different .conf files with the minimum needed configurations. Signed-off-by: Eduardo Gonzalez <eduardo.gonzalez@amarulasolutions.com>

This adds measures for resource consumption and an explanation.
Also allows the application to be easily compiled with and without the GUI, and with logging support.
