1. Increases the thickness of the back plate around the battery; 2. Prevents raised shadow line from hitting the LO capacitors.
Increase wall depth and add extra clearance for connector pins to make assembly easier. Remove the walls around one of the support screws because they don't serve any real purpose; and this allows fitting screws with a wider head than a standard M2 screw.
This finally gets them to work properly although they are a bit difficult to print.
The thicker plastic doesn't really help much and one of them is impinging on the card connector.
Reduce clearance around battery to ensure battery fits snugly and prevent losing contact.
Simplify the button geometry; add supports to close up the gap between the wall and PCB to reduce jamming.
