Planiq App

Planiq is a cross-platform mobile application designed to simplify task management between multiple user roles: Admin, Employee, and Supervisor. The application enables Admins to create and assign tasks, Employees to complete and report them, and Supervisors to monitor the entire workflow.

Authentication

  • Users log in using their user ID and password.
  • Only Admins have the authority to create new Employee accounts.

Task Status Overview

Admin

  • View total number of tasks, assigned tasks, unassigned tasks, and completed tasks.

Supervisor

  • View total assigned tasks, scheduled tasks, in-progress tasks, and completed tasks.

Employee

  • View today's tasks, scheduled tasks, and completed tasks.

Push Notifications

Admin

  • Receives notifications when a task is accepted or denied.

Supervisor

  • Receives notifications for new tasks, task progress updates, completed tasks, unscheduled tasks, task assignments, and reported issues.

Employee

  • Receives notifications for new task assignments, task acceptance confirmations, task completions, and issue submissions.

Task Creation and Assignment

  • Admins can create tasks by providing necessary details and assigning them to selected Employees.

Task Management

Admin

  • Can view all tasks with status filters.

Supervisor

  • Can view all tasks and tasks assigned to them.

Employee

  • Can view only their assigned and completed tasks.

Multi-language Support

The application supports the following languages:

  • English
  • French
  • Dutch

Task Completion Workflow

Employee

  • Completes a progress checklist
  • Marks the task as complete
  • Adds notes and post-work photos
  • Can report issues if any problems occur during the task

Admin

  • Monitors task progress
  • Edits existing tasks
  • Adds additional details

Supervisor

  • Observes task progress

Employee Management

Admin Functions

  • View the list of employees and their details
  • Add new employees
  • Edit employee information
  • Block employees
  • Promote employees to Supervisors
  • Export employee data as a CSV file

Profile Management

  • Employees can view their designation and profile information
  • Supervisors can view their profile and designation
  • Super Admins can edit profile designations
