- Moved dependecies out to main pom file for better updating
- Created GeneSearchResultCurationIndexer
- Refactored code to move document creation server side a. Moved ESDocument.java to curation b. Changed indexer to use Curation Interfaces c. Removed the type variable from the ESDocument class
- Added Smart Alpha Sorting to ES

@alliance-genome/team-a-team for whatever reason this fails to build inside of docker. It seems to build fine on all the systems I have tried. |
