Added dynamic views to the indexer

1. Makes use of the forpublic dynamic views or at least the code is in place to use them.
2. This includes mutli thread version of the phenotype indexers are they were taking over 3 hours to pull from curation now it should be down to 30 miuntes.
3. Fixed libraries for the new version of ES
4. Make ID lists only pull when asked for rather then in the constructor of the BaseService class
5. Hardcoded the species list in the index mapping as it was being pulled from Neo... we will need to revisit in the table in curation.
   And this depends on: Interface Inheritance mmazi/rescu#150
