To fully address the requirements, here's what I did:

1. Implemented cycle increment and tracking logic.
2. Added Rust unit tests for this struct and logic.
3. The canister logic uses this struct for cycle counting.

If you are not satisfied with my code, please leave feedback on GitHub, telling me where the flaw is. I will fix it.
