Hi,
I've updated this library to be able to use it on .NET Core and should be useable on all OSes.
For Windows, the libargon2 wrapper dll should be used. On Linux and Mac, one can use the standard libargon2 (.so/.dylib)
However, this will break the compatibility with .NET Framework.
Maybe you can pull it to a different branch?
