@alexdaniel654 Congrats on the excellent repository! I will share my review comments in the review issue.

This PR introduces a new binder directory that sets up all the necessary dependencies to run the example notebooks. It also automates pulling the data from Zenodo and extracts it under example/data, so everything is ready to use right away.

You can test it by clicking the badge above, it links to my fork, but you're welcome to generate a version pointing to your repo if you'd like to include it in the README after merging.

While this should work with any BinderHub instance, I used terrarium.evidencepub.io as it provides more CPU resources than mybinder.org, resulting in faster execution (though still slower than local runs).

Thanks for the contribution @agahkarakuzu, I like the idea of making the tutorials easier to run! I'll merge this PR and add the badge (and a few other tweaks to the readme) on my fork.
