These scripts provide some convenient processing of the MIDACO solution file, version 5.0

• md_x.sh [filename] -- outputs the current best solution vector from filename (default is MIDACO_SOLUTION.TXT)
• md_f.sh [filename] -- outputs the current best solution value from filename (default is MIDACO_SOLUTION.TXT)
• md_ff.sh [filename] -- outputs the sequence of best solution values from filename (default is MIDACO_SOLUTION.TXT)
