  1. Added a database project to automate the management instead of SQL Scripts. This can help CI/CD pipelines for application and databases
  2. Bin/Debug and Obj/Debug were retired. This broke the DAPPER whose DLL was in the bin folder. Hence updated the same to NUGET packages
    3..NET Framework version updated.
