This code removes the necessity to use pocketspinx and gstreamer directly and instead uses SpeechRecognizer instead. It's a much more elegant solution.
A new README_Ubuntu.md file is included to detail the installation steps for dependencies within Ubuntu.
An example SpeechRecognition file is included as well (sr_test.py) in case someone wants to make sure the necessary dependencies are installed before using Blather. This separate file simplifies the requirements.
