Latest version of Chrome on Android is rendering entire select[multiple] inline and tapping anywhere on the dropdown button actually selects an element from the invisible list.

Conditions dropdown was not showing the actual selection (always "changed") until user selected from the dropdown a second time. Seems to have changed in bootstrap-select 1.13.
