Reworked the information architecture for the Aiven for ClickHouse documentation to improve navigation, reduce duplication, and align topics with common ClickHouse workflows.

Summary of changes

Navigation and structure

• Reorganized the ClickHouse sidebar to group related topics more clearly.
• Introduced clearer sections such as Work with data, Integrate, Manage service, Tiered storage, and Backups and recovery.
• Simplified sidebar labels for readability and consistency.

Content consolidation

• Removed redundant conceptual pages (for example, OLAP and columnar database topics).

Topic updates

• Updated several how-to and reference topics to align with the new structure.
• Simplified titles and sidebar labels.
