This PR introduces a standalone evaluation flow that does not touch the existing Grok proposal evaluation pipeline.
It exposes an endpoint that fetches a user’s latest 50 X posts via Grok’s search tools, scores them, and returns the top 3 posts worth paying for.
Since it’s isolated to that endpoint, none of the core comprehensive evaluation functionality is affected—this is strictly a new feature we’re testing, as suggested by P.
