GPU-Bridge — AI Inference Service with x402 payments

Adding GPU-Bridge to the Tools & Utilities section under a new "AI Inference Services" subsection.

Why relevant to A2A:

• A2A enables agent delegation; GPU-Bridge provides the compute layer those delegated tasks can call autonomously
• x402-native: agents pay per inference call in USDC on Base L2 with no human approval required
• 30 services: LLM, embeddings, image generation, STT, TTS, PDF processing
• A2A pattern: orchestrator agent delegates "embed these documents" to a worker agent → worker calls GPU-Bridge → pays autonomously via x402
