Added support for AnsibleAutomationPlatform overrides

Enables the ability to fully customize the configuration of the AnsibleAutomationPlatform CR. Existing logic is retained, but you can now declare a new property (ocp4_workload_ansible_automation_platform_aap_manifest_overrides) with values that will override the templatized manifest.

For example:

      disabled: false
      allow_write_operations: false
