do we want uv.lock in the project? i know its good practice to keep the lock file for poetry, bun and npm for example.

edit: so it looks like uv officially recommends against committing the lockfile, but there is an argument in support of it. for example, poetry recommends committing for deployable apps and not for libraries. i feel like with both of these considerations, it's appropriate to add it to the gitignore.
