Looking at this AEP: do we want that in the edition? I feel like this assumes the API supports an alpha,beta,production model of versioning. We don't have any other AEPs that expect an explicit resource lifecycle, and for long-term versioning we have discussions for date-based versioning (which, to some extent, sidesteps alpha,beta,prod entirely). |

We don't have any other guidance around versioning. We should remove this AEP now and then reintroduce it with versioning guidance after the edition release.
