Added GMX too!
…nsubscribed from now, not sure if that's different functionality than desired (it might've only deleted the emails with 'unsubscribe' in the body before). But anyways now deleting newsletter emails is fixed!

Fixed deletion functionality. Added Custom IMAP Server support. Also fixed Yahoo mail error in PR#1
