Software Engineer at Spain's electricity TSO (Red Eléctrica / Redeia). I build production software for critical energy infrastructure — domain-modeled backends, data pipelines, and full-stack tools used by real engineering teams.
Nuclear engineer by training. Developer by choice.
Most of my code is private — I work inside a national transmission system operator where confidentiality is the default. These are the systems I've built:
PlanningCRM — Full-stack CRM for grid access request management
Sole developer, 2+ years in production. Used daily by 20 planning engineers to process connection requests from renewable producers, large consumers, and distribution companies — turning regulatory submissions into investment signals for national grid planning.
SvelteKit Python MySQL Docker
IoSN Builder — ETL pipeline for pan-European power system modelling
Converts heterogeneous energy data (Excel, CSV) from 40 European TSOs into a structured DuckDB database, then generates PLEXOS-compatible simulation inputs. Collaborative project within ENTSO-e's TYNDP process.
Python DuckDB PLEXOS API GitLab
PlanningManager — FastAPI backend for electrical asset cost management
Replaced a fragile set of VBA macros with a documented Python domain model and REST API over a MySQL database. Now maintained by two engineers I trained.
