IMS Scope Update Guide

IMS scope updates must align with the IMS portal scopes. Any modifications must be confirmed, as they could potentially trigger a Critical Service Outage (CSO).
Below are the IMS client configurations for the Stage and Production environments:
- Production: IMS Client - Acrobat Milo Guest (Prod)
- Stage: IMS Client - Acrobat Milo Guest (Stage)
- Before making any changes, verify that the required scope updates are correctly reflected in the IMS portal.
- Confirm with the responsible engineering team before deployment.
- Test updates in Stage before promoting to Production.
- Monitor the deployment and ensure no service disruptions occur.
- If issues arise, revert to the last known stable configuration.
- Ensure that all changes are properly documented in the change management system.
- Keep stakeholders informed about scope updates to avoid unexpected issues.
- Follow best practices for pre-deployment validation and post-deployment monitoring to mitigate risks.
