Actions in this Merge:

practice app (Not part of exercises):

initialized project using ./whale yarn init
created a basic HTTP server
implemented get, post and delete methods

phonebook-backend (ex3.1 to ex3.8):

initilialized project
created basic http server that has methods for get, post, delete
Added morgan middleware for loggin

I apologise for not creating inividual PRs, I had already made the changes when i got the clarification on when to create PRs. Please bear with me just one more time :|
