Use Limitation:

You may not use the Licensed Work for a Commercial Purpose without a
separate commercial license from the Licensor.

"Commercial Purpose" means use of the Licensed Work in any manner that
is primarily intended for or directed toward commercial advantage or
monetary compensation by an entity with more than $1,000,000 USD in
annual revenue or more than 10 employees.

Grant of Rights:

Subject to the Use Limitation above, the Licensor grants you a
non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

1. Use the Licensed Work for personal, educational, research, and
   non-commercial purposes
2. Use the Licensed Work for commercial purposes if you are an
   individual or organization with less than $1,000,000 USD in annual
   revenue AND fewer than 10 employees
3. View, study, and modify the source code for the above permitted uses
4. Create derivative works for the above permitted uses

Restrictions:

1. You may NOT distribute, sublicense, or sell copies of the Licensed
   Work or derivative works without explicit written permission from
   the Licensor
2. You may NOT use the Licensed Work to create a competing product or
   service
3. You may NOT remove or alter any copyright notices, license terms,
   or attribution in the Licensed Work
4. Large corporations (>$1M revenue or >10 employees) may NOT use this
   software without a commercial license

No Warranty:

THE LICENSED WORK IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR
OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE,
ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE LICENSED WORK OR THE
USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE LICENSED WORK.
