* add shebang line to allow execution directly from commandline * fix line terminator to make it work on linux * remove +x from COPYING
Suggest setting TODOTXT_CFG_FILE when can't find todo.txt configuration file.
(checked with pep8 command line tool) * removed whitespaces at blank lines * split long lines * normalized blank lines * removed spaces before and after brackets * spaces around commas and operators * fixed indentation * None/True/False matching with 'is' and 'is not' * removed trailing spaces * .has_key() replaced with 'in'
.gitignore now includes only Vim temporary files

Necessary changes to make it run directly from linux command line.
Because line terminators have been changed diff on the Punch.py file shows that all line were modified.
Suggest setting TODOTXT_CFG_FILE when todo.txt configuration file cannot be found.
