Arshaw/fullcalendar is now a redirection of fullcalenda/fullcalendar.
Following fullcalendar/fullcalendar@f37ab30 i have changed the package routing.
I have also updated to 2.4
It would be fine to send a pull request to fullcalendar to include a composer file to avoid using al kind of repository in the bundle and get automatic updates of the js library as it works with moment.
