The old homepage was bloated with 7+ sections (integrations grid, browse by category, latest patterns, research, featured prompt) but never explained the three memory packages or what deja actually does.

New structure:

  • Hero: clear "persistent memory for agents" positioning
  • "What is deja?" section explaining the core problem and solution
  • Three memory systems: deja-local (vector/Bun), deja-edge (FTS5/DO), deja hosted (Vectorize + Workers AI) with code snippets for each
  • Comparison table showing runtime, search, latency, deps side-by-side
  • "How it works" 3-step flow (learn → recall → evolve)
  • Interactive demo (kept from before)
  • Updated FAQ addressing "why three packages?" and "which one?"
  • Slimmed CTA pointing to quickstart + GitHub

Removed: featured integrations grid, browse by category, latest patterns, research section, featured prompt section — all still accessible via nav.

The homepage promises `new DejaLocal('./memories.db')` and
`new DejaEdge(this.ctx.storage.sql)` but only factory functions existed.
Add class wrappers so the advertised API actually works.

Change section header from 'Same API, different tradeoffs' to
'Same concepts, different runtimes' since local/edge use
remember()/recall() while client uses learn()/inject().

All three issues are resolved:

  1. "Same API" claim — Updated header to "Same concepts, different runtimes" to accurately reflect that local/edge use remember()/recall() while client uses learn()/inject().
  2. Invalid deja-local exampleDejaLocal class now exists and new DejaLocal('./memories.db') works as shown.
  3. Incorrect deja-edge exampleDejaEdge class now exists and new DejaEdge(sql) works as shown.
