Results analysis

I think we can now merge this (still messy) PR.

What comes with it:

• Updated Results notebook with functions to read data, load models, predict positions and make plots
• new results module with all the functions to produce the plots (same as in the notebook)
• new modules to submit one job to produce all the plots for all the combination of train and test data
• small modifications in other notebooks
• n_events in the config from 10k to 5k (the jobs were taking more than 24h, too annoying)
• all new set of options to deal with normalisation of input data for the model and add a suffix_name to the model to distinguish them
• new way of reading the data in the model_train file, now nmax does not work anymore, just decide to read less files.. (not optimal but ok atm)
• added energy scale to event_reader's show_data function
