Is this jsonnet runnable using the appworld cli? It would require a run.py file that implements a run_experiment function?

Currently no, this is mainly for the GEPA apps code to initialize the agent with .from_dict() let me see if I can add a comment in the jsonnet to say that it is only used for agent initialization
