With these commits, we can map multiple TFTP pathes into HTTP urls:
* From a configuration file (--map-file=)
* For backward compatibility, a single HTTP url argument is interpreted
as a map from "/" to
* The mapping is done via regular-expression match, so it's flexible.
* There's an example YAML configuration file
