Added two new CSV files, ahtr.csv and msbr.csv, containing detailed cost breakdowns for AHTR and MSBR projects, respectively. These files provide account-level cost data for use in analysis or reporting.
Updated all cost-related calculations and displays to convert values from millions of dollars to actual dollars. This ensures that metrics, charts, and UI elements show accurate cost figures and percentages, improving clarity and consistency throughout the analyzer.
