This PR adds a Bangladesh-themed landing page for Developer Hare, a platform for buying and selling website code and templates. It delivers a clean, responsive, single-file index.html with inline HTML/CSS/JS and Bengali-English language support. It highlights the brand and local payment considerations.

• Created index.html with header, hero, features, showcase, how-it-works, pricing, CTA, and footer sections, all inline.
• Implemented Bangladesh-themed color palette and decorative elements; included Bengali-English toggle data attributes.
• Integrated responsive grid layouts, subtle animations, and smooth navigation.
• Added client-side interactions: mobile nav toggle, scroll-to-top button, language toggle, and simple counters/animations.
• Noted local BD payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) in content and pricing.
• Added a basic .gitignore to exclude common Python/ENV/IDE files from version control.
