Hey Andriy,

Thanks for the great work. While skimming the first chapter, I didn't find any code that I could try out in a collab.

This PR has a notebook with

Tensors with your real estate dummy data
Your implementation of logistic regression & FNN with the Sequential API
Normalisation of the inputs (to ensure that the models train)
Plots for comparing both the linear & fnn loss history

Feel free to close the PR if you don't think that it adds value.
