What type of PR is this?

This is a feature because it adds support for linux/arm64, linux/riscv64, darwin/arm64 and windows/arm64

What does this do?

  • New Features

    • Provides prebuilt, architecture-specific binaries for Linux (amd64, arm64, riscv64), macOS (amd64, arm64), and Windows (amd64, arm64).
    • Simplifies installation with a single, cross-platform install target.
  • Documentation

    • Added installation and build-from-source guides for Linux, macOS, and Windows.
    • Expanded Usage section with clearer help text and examples.
    • Updated options flag to accept a typed string array (comma-separated), per RFC 7252.
    • Removed -d/--data and -o/--observe from documented flags.

@dborovcanin we will need a release for v0.4.1 so that the README documentation can be up to date
