Removes [@angular/common](https://github.com/angular/angular/tree/HEAD/packages/common). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [ngx-jira-issue-collector](https://github.com/CatalystOne/ngx-jira-issue-collector). These dependencies need to be updated together.
