This tool makes macOS Sequoia run faster on older Macs — especially machines running OpenCore Legacy Patcher.
It removes heavy background features, cleans up system junk, and improves responsiveness.
Everything is packaged inside a single macOS app for easy use.
- Click the Download button at the top
- Save mac-optimizer.zip
- Unzip it — you will now see:
- Double-click mac-optimizer.app
- Mac would ask you delete it, just say cancel on that pop-up
- Now go to security and privacy in settings and it should give you the "open anyway" option at the bottom.
- Provide password when prompted and ask for confirmation.
- Close the window once it says "Process Completed", I tested it on 3 machines but if there are errors please let me know.
