I wanted to put in pull-request to spur a conversation in the future about benefits/drawbacks of creating L.Debug through Leaflet API versus just through prototype. ( there's no reason that this pull-request should be granted )
The last commit on this pull request gives me everything i every wanted out of L.Debug in less than 125 lines.
