Foundry V10 Support

This release only supports Foundry v10.

In addition, since Foundry now has full support for anchor links in journals, this module only aims remedy what can only have been an oversight, and that is support for anchor links in scene notes.

This release is breaking compatibility with 0.8.9.

It should work with the future stable version of Foundry VTT V9.

JAL now also supports links pointing to id tags (so you can now link to much more than just headings!). That said, it will prioritize looking for headings before searching for an id tag.
